Onsite Technicians
Our Technicians come to you, when you require us, on a schedule or within a timeframe. We work on your premises and keep out of your way as much as possible. If we need to remove the item for repair or service we consult with you. Current Pricing is $170 + GST / Hr. We have a monthly subscription plan for $140 Plus GST (for businesses up to 5 Employees) which reduces your hourly costs when required to $140 Plus GST / Hr. **A Callout fee is applied for all visits. We charge in 15 minute increments.
Our onsite technicians are on serve of your business to get you up and running in the case of an emergency, or keep your business in tip top shape within a maintenance plan. We have schedules and procedures to ensure your business is running effectively in regards to its technology requirements. Our Onsite Technician costs are $170 Plus GST Per Hour. We charge a callout fee which is equivalent to the hour fee. If you are on the Support plan which costs $140 Plus GST per month you are supported by phone, Team Viewer remote (15 Minute Max - per call) and email etc at any time during that month. You also have a reduced hourly cost when we attend or work on your equipment. We pride ourselves on getting the job done first time with quality and with minimal fuss. We charge a callout fee of 1 hour, but we will only charge in 15 minute increments. We don't offer the lower end class items, Kyocera and Ricoh printers with minimum 2YR warranties, HP and IBM workstations with a minimum of 3/3/3 years warranty, HP and IBM servers, HP, Samsung and ASUS monitors., Above midrange product spec and always closest to top of the range for your applications. You choose, We only guide. You can always purchase a pc for $400, and monitor for $100. We don't actually supply these items and never have. We prefer to keep away from repeat problems with cheaper products. We like our customers and like communicating when a new product is required, an additional product is required or an office expansion is required. Experience shows us that quality HP, IBM, Kyocera and Ricoh products are most definitely reliable. Purchase one of these products from us and the only thing you will be saying after 5 years is that you still have and use it. We can bet that the $400 item won't be so durable in any application.
