Because of this remote work functionality and no travelling time we offer this service at a cost of $130 Per Hour charged at 15 minute intervals. We utilise our licensed software Team Viewer to offer support to our customers and at times work remotely to do maintenance tasks, install Anti Virus software, Microsoft Office Installations and a variety of other tasks. We do require our software installed on your local pc initially and for this can guide you to the download areas and talk you through the install. Next we do the maintenance overnight and with no impact to your business. Unless we run into an issue, its business as usual the next morning for you. You receive the invoice for works carried out, with a list of task completed and the Team Viewer login time sheet for reference.
